i love june

i am loving the june sunshine in my sewing room

i decided on a perfect but unusual back [ a beautiful recycled cotton/poly print shower curtain ~ $4.99 from value village that i had in my linens stash ~ i was a bit nervous about the  tension  but was so drawn to how perfectly it  paired] with my heather ross briar rose half square triangle quilt more here

i  considered a lot of ideas for the machine quilting before deciding on SPRING FLING by patricia ritter ~ i love it....it is perfect with the daisies and bumble bees and tension is no problem xo

our little vegetable garden is thriving...kale [ in the last row] is the fastest growing by far...

and fushia flower is winning my heart AGAIN
and i am inspired to finish up an improv quilt that was set aside last summer  ... more here

i have decided to bring in some more color...inspired by chawne's  quilt ~  more here  ... after machine quilting hers i am EXCITED to proceed with mine...xo
 happy thursday xo pam

  1. That is the sweetest quilting pattern. The texture is great. Lovely glass in your window too!
