My Friday fun....

Feeling creative....itching to have some fun and with the perfect excuse of  a few new babies at my husband's work I decided to play around for a bit....I love making baby quilts...they are small and it is a perfect time to play with new inspirations!!

inspired by a Denyse Schmidt pattern....so simple and perfect for a sweet baby girl...I used Lakehouse letters... except the S cuz I was fresh out so I appliqued that one on

good old simple square in a square....never get tired of this

some scrappy fun....I am machine quilting first with a Anne Bright square dance panto....then adding a bit of raw edge applique and a few whimsical words...

Hope you are having a good Friday...I am back to my sewing room to finish these fast and fun projects.... Pam

quilted with Patricia Ritter's Daffodil panto

so sweet and old fashioned....

pieced the back with maywood flannel and a wee strip of fig tree whimsy words....

this will be a favorite cuddle quilt in our living room....

Happy Tuesday everyone....Pam       PS....Thank you Susan!!!!

It is that time of year again...yeah!!! Barb is not able to make it this year and that's a first...we will miss you Barb!
I am busy gathering and preparing all my WIP's  with high hopes of finishing all of them....this is major sewing time I am talking about....morning to night...non stop sewing till you can't sew any more and then get up and do it again!!!
