scenic beach state park was a wonderful getaway....the wild rhododenrons were in full bloom everywhere with the large fir trees xo |
the hood canal waterfront was fantastic...camping with good friends ~ priceless |

we were lucky to have two visits to low tide ... |
we visited the former homestead and used the self timer xo |
the view across the hood canal into the olympics at sunset was gorgeous...and we were so happy to get some sun cuz we mostly had rain this trip |
we took one little road trip to nearby silverdale xo and i even managed to find a few treasures at a local thrift shop xo |
we enjoyed an art show put on by some camping neighbours |
