it is beginning to feel a bit like christmas

i know we have thanksgiving to really enjoy first but i am feeling the xmas spirit .....first of all i had some fun with this....

i machine quilted nancy's kate spain xmas quilt on friday

love all this blue and red xmas goodness

she said it was a mystery bom and she could hardly wait for each month....

quilted with a new panto called snowflake and ribbon from urban elementz....love the way it flowed thru these blocks....
and then nick put up the lights early cuz he was up there cleaning leaves...the neighbors are jealous...

and i really start to feel a bit like xmas once the lights are on!!!!

and check this ever so tacky goodness out.... complete with lights and jingle bells....one dollar at a garage sale this past summer
my friend loves xmas and she dreams of driving her own harley one day soon....
i plan on surprising her with this cutie....thinking night time....front step...ringing the doorbell and  running...going to be soooo funny xo

and this is my new special ornament for 2011...
and i got the best news ever this week as well...the cyst on my ovary has gotten much smaller on its own...so that means no surgery for now....i will have another ultrasound in the new year and fingers crossed.... it will be completely gone by then....meanwhile i have been feeling so much better and i am so grateful for my wonderful life!!! nothing quite like an illness to make you appreciate all those little things!!!!!
happy weekend to all xoxox ~ pam ~

  2. Hi Pam - glad to read you are feeling better, good news if you can get better without surgery. I love your snowflake panto... we never got together this summer, but wanted to let you know I think of you, your quilting & family. I am busy quilting, but also have a "day job" now too... long story but my office is at Third Place Books in Lk Forest Park, if you want to stop by & visit & have a cup of coffee, would love to see you & catch up on all your quilting adventures.
