Sweet and old fashioned

A simple 4 patch variation....this quilt was designed by Darlene Zimmerman and appeared in American Patchwork and Quilting  Feb. 2007. Iris made this lovely quilt with pretty lavenders and greens for her very lucky daughter....I love  the simple meander stitching for that old fashioned look ... it is  going to look even better once it is washed and loved .
