weekend update

I definitely had more fun than nick this weekend....while he repaired our broken clothes dryer and installed a beautiful new dishwasher ~  i spent a whole afternoon in the yard ~ mostly digging up dandelions but that's ok cuz it was sooo nice out ~ and i sewed of course...

made this fun little pin cushion for somebody special

made these wrist keychains ~ inspired by the poem below ~  for my very grown up girls who are leaving for  mexico on wednesday....whenever my kids go away i think of this poem...
