i have a little trick ...i load a yard [kaufman] or so of fun fabric on my longarm ~ quilt it ~ cut it up ~ and just like magic ~ i have many many hot pads... |

That is a great idea to quilt a bunch first then cut them up. I would be so excited to find a hotpad out in the wild. Plein air gifting!
