first finish for 2015

i have my first finish of 2015 !  it is a fun scrappy strip quilt [that got cut up bit and pieced with random white sashes] i started this quilt a few years back inspired by riley blakes colorful christmas fabric ~ i have taken this quilt out to finish several times over the past few christmas breaks  and it has sadly been put away again for the next year but not this time !

i even  pieced this soft flannel back ...it is going to be such a cozy christmas quilt

and a colorful scrappy binding is complete and perfect for  this colorful quilt

And the best part? i have all year to machine quilt and bind this beautiful bundle!
happy tuesday xo pam  linking up with randi from i have to say  ~ it is always fun to join in and share on show and tell tuesday xo
